Heatingcast (Part 2): Smarter Thinking About UK Heat Electrification

What is the key to decarbonisation in homes and buildings across the UK? What needs to be done to facilitate the transformation of energy and deliver sustainable energy to homes?

Following an insightful discussion on ‘getting the UK ready for the electric heat switch’, Kensa returns to H&V News’ heatingcast. This time, we get insight into the wider changes needed to achieve the UK’s widespread adoption of heat pump technology and further electrify heat.

Kensa Heat Pumps’ Managing Director, James Standley, talks about the role that ground source heat pumps can play in decarbonising the grid, and the future of heat. This includes the push to net-zero carbon, the simple and easy set-up of Kensa heat pumps, clever integration with smart controls and Kensa’s installer support.

The heatingcast is hosted by H&V News’ Deputy Editor Neil Merrett – and made up of fellow speakers, Phillip Steele of Octopus Energy and Tom Robbins of Switchee.
