Mr Smith benefited from a new ground source heat pump system to replace his night storage heating during a programme of works funded by the Renewable Heat Premium Payment (RHPP) scheme for social landlords, which involved four social housing providers installing collectively over 125 ground source heat pumps with the help of Kensa Heat Pumps.
