Private Housing Retrofit Boreholes

This section illustrates the costs of upgrading the heating and hot water systems in 24 private houses. The scheme features either an individual Kensa Shoebox Heat Pump or Evo Heat Pump in each house, connected to a Shared Ground Loop Array of boreholes

Kensa has calculated example costs below to illustrate the upfront finance required for self-financed and funded split ownership Shared Ground Loop Arrays in large private housing estates featuring the Kensa heat pumps.
