Assistant Estimator/ Estimator

As Assistant Estimator/ Estimator, you will provide estimates and quotations to the Sales team for supply and installation
of ground source heat pumps for both new build and existing properties. The postholder will also provide assistance with compiling data and bid writing for
tender opportunities.
This role will be based at the office in Truro/Exeter/Bradford with the potential to include some working
from home. Closing date 14th March 2024.
We are looking for a highly efficient and dynamic part time credit controller to join our finance team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering the credit control function, ensuring all outstanding debts are collected on time. You will be critical in managing our credit and collections processes, ensuring timely payment collection and minimising credit risks. This will be both customer and business focused and will need to forge cross departmental working relationships
This role will be based at our Kensa offices in Truro.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of
Sales to lead and grow our B2B heat pump business in the
volume, commercial and industrial, and new-build sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing
and implementing sales strategies, identifying new market
opportunities, and building strong relationships with
customers, specifiers, and contractors.
This role could be based at Kensa offices in Truro, Exeter, Bristol, or Bradford. Hybrid working
is recommended for this role.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to take on a newly created role of Director of Transformation. Building on strong foundations, you will lead the development and implementation of a system transformation and change programme for the company.
Flexible work location with frequent travel to our head office near Truro as well as Exeter and Bradford offices.
As Senior R&D Engineer, you will design
and develop new and existing Kensa heat pumps. You will bring in fresh ideas
to ensure that we develop, maintain and expand our range of cutting-edge
products.
This role will be based at our Kensa offices in Truro.
